Steady Improvements over time yield big rewards. Onward plus Week 6 Schedule

February 3, 2023

Hi Team Eloka!

Over the past few weeks, we have faced several challenges with the changes in our delivery areas. We are proud that through the changes we have managed to maintain our standards with regard to driver safety. Now it’s time to complete routes, to aid with improving our delivery completion rate we will be starting routes by completing hill stops first and traversing downhill to complete city stops.

Enclosed is the scorecard for last week, as you dive into it you will notice that we were only ranked Great (link). This is primarily due to not completing routes and photos on delivery.

Morning meetings start at 10:30 am – All DAs are required to be present.

We start work at 10:30 am daily. Enclosed is the schedule for week 06. If you are scheduled for a shift, the expectation is that you arrive on time. If you arrive late, you risk being sent home and told to stay home during your next shift. All routes will be assigned by 10:30 am.

  • If you are ranked anything less than Fantastic on the scorecard due to delivery rate, customer feedback, customer escalations, or photos on delivery we will reduce your days worked the following week. We are trying to upload a high standard as a company and strongly encourage everyone to play their part.
  • If you damage property company vans, phones, or chargers your schedule will be modified.
  • If you do not show up when scheduled, are constantly tardy, or consistently call out you will no longer be scheduled.
  • No one should be clocked into work prior to 10:30 am
  • Everyone is required to punch into work at the appropriate time, take breaks and punch back in from lunch. If you have difficulty using ADP, please read this instruction guide.

If you have questions about the schedule email scheduling@elokalogistics.com. Additionally, when dispatch sends you a message prior to work, kindly send correspondence to enable the team to properly roster.

Performance – Amazon has an expected delivery time for each route, it is our expectation that DAs rostered are able to complete their own routes within the expected delivery time while maintaining high safety and customer delivery rankings.

  • Remember: we have 15 minutes to load out. Be sure to swipe to finish after scanning the carts.
  • After being directed to leave the station, all DAs must leave the grounds and head to their first stop so that we are not charged with late departures
Uniform Compliance & Free Shoes
When you show up to work it is a requirement that you are in uniform. This includes an Amazon-branded shirt and vest and black pants. If you have not done so already order your safety shows by visiting: Shoes

Everyone has $125 to spend on ordering safety shoes.

KNET Training – Slip & Fall

We have a 2023 STF Prevention KNET. The training only takes 5 minutes to complete. If we reach 100% by Wednesday we will have pizza for the team on Thursday.
