Kudos to each one of you for the remarkable strides we’ve made in enhancing safety. Now, let’s direct our focus towards the quality of our deliveries. It’s imperative that we diligently follow customer notes, capture photos upon delivery, and ensure compliance with all contract requirements. Our commitment to excellence encompasses both safety and service quality.

2. Adaptation to Changes:

The recent shift in our delivery area is noticeable, and with it comes a surge in delivery volume. The key to a smooth day lies in the organization of your packages during loadout. Your meticulous attention to this detail ensures efficient deliveries and satisfied customers.

3. Priority on Safety:

Safety remains our unwavering priority. Individuals consistently involved in accidents and safety violations will no longer be part of our team. This measure is crucial to maintain a secure and reliable operation.

4. PTO Freeze Starting Week 48:

As we gear up for the upcoming peak season, starting Week 48, there will be a freeze on Paid Time Off (PTO). This decision is vital to ensure optimal coverage during this busy period. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are highly valued. Enclosed is the schedule for next week (link)

5. Celebrating Three Years of Success:

It’s time to celebrate a significant milestone! Next week Friday, we’re hosting a team party to commemorate three years of successful operations. This celebration is a testament to the hard work and dedication each one of you has contributed as delivery drivers. We’ll also take this opportunity to welcome new members to our growing team. Food and beverages will be provided, so let’s come together to share in the joy of our achievements.

 

7. Peak Season Survey:

Please take a quick moment to complete this survey regarding your availability for the upcoming peak season. As a token of our appreciation during the holiday season, we’ll be paying your 5th and 6th days at your overtime rate. To be eligible, DAs must be in good standing and able to complete routes according to Amazon’s expected time of delivery.
